From February 3 to 5, 2023, a seminar was held in Cartaxo (Santarém, Portugal), organized by CFTL (Centro de Formação e Tempos Livres) and Base Fut.
It had the help of the European Union, EZA and PICM.
They studied workers' rights, the European social dialogue and Social Security for all.
The seminar was attended by João Paulo Branco, President of Base Fut; Paulo Caetano, CFTL President; Piergiorgio Sciacqua, Co-Chairman of EZA; Maria Reina Martin, vice president of EZA and PICM; and Américo Monteiro, coordinator of LOC/MTC.
